Super Hot Arguments on Jagan's Bail Plea

Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has approached High Court of Andhra Pradesh for Bail in his DA case. He appealed for Bail last week, the court which accepted the petition has postponed case to today and asked CBI to draft a counter petition.

After drafting counter earlier, the petition came upto hearing today and the senior advocate Mr. Ram Jethmalani started arguments on Jagan bail plea. He lashed out on CBI and its investigation manner.


He said, " Jagan was never questioned in the ten months of prolonged investigation. He was arrested before the day where he was to appear infront of Honorable court. He added, the investigation is a criminal conspiracy motivated by Political pressures. There are no signs of investigating the 26 G.O's released ministers. Though one has been arrested, it was just a make up that CBI is on individual terms. There has been no questioning of other ministers."


He went on to add many things but the strong one came like this, " Jagan is given clean chit in his case by people of A.P. The recent results show this, there was hardly any doubt against him. He is a pure man who is not a corrupted one as alleged by CBI, the people believe that and they voted for him."


Replying to this hard statement put up by Mr. Ram, CBI lawyer, said, "It is not true that Jagan is pure and uncorrupted. Innocent people voted in his favuor, that doesn't mean he has not done anything wrong and that doesn't mean he could be left away."


Before completing the statement, High Court Judge, Mr. Govindarajulu said, "It is highly objectionable, your comments on people's voting and their intelligence is highly unaccepted. They are wisdom, they know what's right and what's not. You are not allowed to comment on people like this. Please rectify."


As soon as Judge stopped, many lawyers in the hall shouted, even they are voters and CBI's advocate Solicitor General stepped back.


It is highly commendable that Ram Jethmalani is a man of memory and intelligence, he irked CBI saying about recent results, who knows if CBI J.D's call list may also add up tomorrow and may transfer him as he is being one sided as said by YSRCP leaders. 


However the arguments will continue tomorrow also, and decision may be postponed to Friday. So, will Jagan get a bail and feel the fresh and rejunavting air of his victory. Once he granted a bail, he will play his magic in politics. He will really give a threat to Presidential elections, he can use his contacts wisely, if he really feels to use.


Well this all makes up the after analysis. As of now, arguments are on their way. Is it Bail or Jail for Jagan, will be decided in couple of days, if not late...

Media war goes to new level

It is a well known fact, there are two medias in state as of now. One ir Pro - Jagan and other is anti. 

And we regularily see the news mashing of these medias. Eenadu comes up one story in their paper, it is counter attacked by Sakshi in their paper. They target ABN Andhra Jyothy through channel as Andhra Jyothi paper circulation is small.

This came into existende from death of YSR Reddy. Affter the demise of YSR, Eenadu started posting anti stories against Jagan and his wealth. Then Sakshi also targeted them.

Now, after the probe by CBI in his assets case, this war has gone to new level. Now, YSRCP took out the call list of CBI J.D Laxminarayana's list, has geared up the war.

As YSRCP said, CBI J.D has been giving information to only yellow media, he is acting on their terms and there is a lot of conspiracy in this. Their target is to nail Jagan. And they are using all false methods. Narco test is a bogus and the yellow media is reportedly saying that its legal. 

With YSRCp arguing on this, they came up with number of calls and messages done by CBI J.D. and reporters of various channel. In this list, ABN andhra jyothy, E Tv, N TV and TV 9 reporters name have been kept out. And also mysterious lady, Vasireddy Chandra bala.

Yesterday, Andhra Jyothy came up with a show, making Chandra Bala talking about her education life and relationship with Laxminarayana. She said, She is a member of Lead India organisation and Laxminarayana is a college friend of mine. We have been planning for get together and for that we have been in touch through calls. What is wrong with that and she also said she will be complaining to HRC.

But, YSRCP leaders counter attacked by saying, when you would like to ask for get together. Then what is the reason to have calls of 400 in last two months and that to in unconvenient times. YSRCP coming fresh from elections, they are charged up and are not leaving any reason to attack. Their attack is fierce.


On the flip side, Sakshi has already aired about Laxminarayana in their own way, which brought good response from people. On the other hand, Andhra Jyothy's direct interaction with Chandra Bala evoked partial response. Sakshi has been leading in airing of programmes. Selective only.


So, what ever be the reason behind their calls. one thing is sure, as of now  Laxminarayana has got an image of Brutus in poeple's heart especially village people. And, Jagan is their hero. Considering all this as story. The war between Pro and Anti Jagan troops has touched new heights. Lets see what happens in future.
