Jagan's Smile Irritates opponents

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy who is presently in CBI custody for 5 days in his DA case. CBI who got permission from High Court to take in their custody on Saturday started questioning him again from Sunday.


Yesterday he was questioned in DG's office and specifically at officers mess in Chanchalguda. He was questioned in presence of Jagan's lawyers from 10 AM to 5 PM.


He appeared in clean shave and was smiling when came out. That sign came as dead shocker for everyone as everyone predicted he would be very distressed and he would come out rather with a sorry face.


Even after completion of his day 1 investigation he came out of the van still smiling. This raised brows of all people. Is CBI investigating him. Because none of the persons who were interrogated where happy after questioning of almost 7 hours.


Jagan's wife Bharathi Reddy met yesterday him in Lunch hour of questioning. She was denied mulakhat on Friday by Jail Ordinates. Meanwhile, Jagan is pleasant and extremely cool. He was taken into custody today by CBI at 10 and was moved to Koti CBI office.


Meanwhile, there were some controversies that Jagan's lawyers were unaware about place of questioning as they have changed from Officers mess to Koti CBI office. With another less than three hours for completion of day 2 questioning.

Jagan Denied Bal by CBI Court

Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has been denied bail in his disproportionate assets case by Nampally CBI Court today at 6:30 P.M. Justice Pullaiah denied bail on focusing three points for rejection.


Justice Pullaiah judge of special court CBI said, "being an MP, we cannot give him bail and there is also chance that he might tamper with evidence. We cannot give bail now as the investigation is still on."


Jagan hopes have put to an end in CBI court and now he has quash petition and also bail petition in High Court. Hopefully, he would get out atleast on temporary bail for campaigning by-polls. 


Today, Jagan's wife Y S Bharathi Reddy was denied permission for mulakhat at Chanchalguda Jail. Meanwhile, Jagan has to appear infront of CBI court on June 11 in his second chargesheet consideration.

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy the chief of YSRCP who was arrested on sunday by CBI and was sent to judicial remand yesterday by CBI court for 14 days.


He was sent to Chanchalguda Jail for remand in his Disproportionate Assets case after his bail plea and CBI custody petition was dismissed by Judge.


Yesterday around 6:30 P.M. he was moved to Jail by police authorities. He is awarded a special prisoner status. Jail officials say that lights were on till late night and he got up at 6 A.M. He took dinner yesterday as fruits and bread from home.


YS Vijayamma, YS Bharathi Reddy, Sharmila, Brother Anil, Vijay Sai Reddy and Mekaptai Raj Mohan Reddy have come to meet Jagan Mohan Reddy today under Mulakat. It is believed that special prisoners get to interact for almost 2 hours and they can move in Jail. They can talk walking around in Jail premises.


There has been little problem as Vijay Sai Reddy and Raj Mohan were not allowed. But later all were allowed. Media are waiting outside for some questions to be posed to Vijayamma and others.


Meanwhile, Jagan moved to high court for drafting Quash petition bail. And CBI also approached and drafted Custody petition. It is known that, both petitions would come for hearing tomorrow. 


YS Vijayamma would kick off the campaigning for by-polls from tomorrow and she is going to campaign in Parakal on June 4, 5. According to latest survey, YSRCP has advantage over BJP. TRS would be outclassed by BJP and YSRCP due to candidates.

It is believed that BJP candidate is very humble and kind person. YSRCP's Konda Surekha is a tough and dedicated to people candidate. There are some negative statements surrounding TRS candidate as he doesn't move out with people well and many want to teach a lesson to TRS for monopoly. 

Jagan appears in front of Court

YSRCP chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has been arrested yesterday at 7:20 P.M. by CBI after tge third day of questioning in his DA case.


Jagan today at 10 A.M. started from Dilkusha Guest House in CBI vehicles and reached Nampally CBI Court at 10:10 A.M. 


Jagan's bail plea also comes to hearing now. And if rejected, a separate Bail plea would be filed and also CBI have prepared for a 10 to 14 day custody which is unlikely to happen as he might be given a custody of 7 to 10 days.


State wide bandh has been imposed by YSRCP leaders and no dangerous incidents have taken place  and in upto 6 districts bandh has been minimal and all other districts have been witnessing peaceful bandh.


Along with Jagan, Nimagadda Prasad and Brahmananda Reddy also have been made appeared in front of CBI court as they have completed CBI custody of 10 days. 


Before appearing in front of Court. Y S Bharathi, Sharmila and Vijay Sai Reddy have met Jagan in Dilkusha guest house. And Y S Vivekananda Reddy and his daughter also have met Jagan.


Lawyers like Ram Jethmalani, Malhotra, Ashok and some others have come from Delhi to hear Jagan's case in his favour. Some of the renowned lawyers made their entry into court now. 


CBI also has got some important lawyers from Delhi to move case in their favour. CBI JD has met them yesterday and discussed almost all for 2 hours on this case.


CBI S.P Venkatesh has accompanied Jagan to court and JD of CBI has made entry to Court complex now. It is believed that Jagan's case would be the priority case now, and his case will be first in proceedings today.


Will update all the proceedings of Court..... The big question is will Jagan be granted bail or Jagan be given to custody of CBI?
