Probe into Jagan Disproportionate assets case completed : CBI

Jagan Mohan Reddy's disproportionate assets case has been completed, and a MEMO has been drafted in court, CBI official told.

The case which has been probing for the last 22 months by CBI, has finally lodged the final charge sheet  on Sept 9th with the count being 10 charge sheets been filed in this so called 1 lakh crore assets hyped case.

With the final memo being submitted in the court, it was a shocker that there were no evidences in the 16 companies for quid pro quo's allegations laid. Which made the route clear for bail for Jagan later the day.

CBI has completed this heavy hyped case saying that the allegations were on 1200 Cr assets and yet to prove the allegation on this.

Jagan out on Bail

YSRCP president, Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is out on bail now. Jagan Reddy who has been facing constant remarks on disproportionate assets case for the last 18 months and who has been arrested in the month of May last year is finally out on the bail.

The party which is on high spree right from the start as every survey was placing or making them the sure shot winners in the next elections. His arrest served a huge blow, but the party was placed in the hands of Jagan's mother and sister, and they have run this party in the last 18 months pretty well, achieving major establishments like winning by-elections and his sister making success on the marathon walk of 3000Kms and the recent Bus tour for against separation of state.

This Bail is a huge relief for the both leaders his mother and sister as they have really met targets of being in close or staying with people. Heavy developments were noticed near the CBI court today, in the afternoon CBI has mentioned there were  no quid pro quo's in atleast 16 companies like Sandur Power, PVP ventures, vanpic, Brahamni Infra, R R Global, Saraswati power, Mantri Developers, Jubilee Media and some other.

After CBI saying there were no proofs that above listed companies were involved in quid pro. With this statement coming out before the Memo was launched or given to the court, YSRCP was feeling a huge sigh of relief. Jagan Reddy was eagerly waiting for the bail to make his party revive or survive in the state especially when there is  a lot of hype of dividing or bifurcation of state process has been initiated.

Jagan is said to be released tomorrow in the latter hours as Jagan's bail plea came to judge in the wee hours of Monday and he was given bail at 4:45 P.M. which is said to be last working hour for Court. 

Jagan need to produce 2 lakh rupees fixed deposit and 2 surety bonds and also have laid down conditions :

Jagan need to surrender his passport to the court

Jagan shouldn't leave Hyderabad without concsience of court.

He should not communicate in any means with witnesses.

If he failed to meet this conditions his bail will be cancelled.

Though he may need to tour the state in the next few months in the wake of 2014 elections, he is likely to make an appeal for the second condition, where he would like to replace Hyderabad with Andhra Pradesh with any condition like being examined by police personnel or any other minor litigation.

As the time has been completed i.e., working hours have been completed, he would be released from Jail tomorrow afternoon or evening, after the fd and bonds along with passport would be submitted to court in the wake hours of court timings tomorrow and the release order would be handed over to the police after that.

Court rejects Narco test pill on Jagan

CBI court today dismissed CBI's Narco test pill on Jagan and Vijay Sai Reddy.


CBI court stated, there is no necessary to use Narco test, you can interrogate Jagan Mohan and Vijay Sai when ever you needed, as they are obiding to law. However, narco test is a death threaten. It can take lives.


There is no guarantee that only truths would be revealed and by going through guide lines of Supreme Court and Human Rights Commission, Narco test has been not labelled as safe and should not be used in any case.


Hence we cannot give you permission for Narco analysis. Court went on to add, its life threatening test, if any mistake happens and if one of them is dead, what will happen to case. So, we rule out this petition.


All the hardwork of Jagan's lawyers paid out as they have kept every minute incidents of false in Narco test in front of Judge. 


So, as of now, Jagan is out of Narco test and he also drafted a bail plea in supreme court, this plea would come to hearing by the end of July and he may get bail next month.


Today in the afternoon, he asked permission to vote in presidential elections to be held on July 19. He appealed to CBI court today and this will come to hearing tomorrow. Sources say, he might be granted to vote and stay out for atleast a day or two. If harsh found then he might be given time for official hours of 9 to 5.


Earlier Election Commission said, it has no problems for allowing Jagan to vote, but cannot intervene in court matters. So, Jagan appealed in CBI Court. Will update you with further proceedings.

JD call list is now in High Court

Anyone guessing who is the non political person who is making in News consistently now a days is CBI Joint Director V V Laxminarayana. He has been in lime light from the arrest of Galli Janardhan Reddy.


He is one of the busiest official now in state, he is investigating in Obulapuram Mining Case, Emaar MGF case and Jagan's DA case. A year ago, not many knew about this man. But as soon as he was involved with Jagan's DA case investigating, he has been quite popular.


Though, there were no allegations laid on this man, when he started investigating. Slowly, allegations started to flow on him. Though one section of media commended his work, the other degraded his work. There were severe allegations on him on leaving the period of 1999-2004 in investigating Emaar-MGF case. 


Jagan Mohan Reddy lashed out against CBI everytime in a public meeting. He made clear that CBI is acting according to Congress directions. And people believed it. The main reason why people started to believe is the articles which were published in Eenadu and Andhra Jyothi paper. Yes, as soon as CBI started to act, it was something like both these papers knew and published ahead.


Which made people feel that CBI is acting like Congress wants and TDP is also involved. Sakshi went on ahead and made up their mind saying it was a Padmavyuh....


Recently, CBI J.D. Laxminarayana's call list has been made popular. YSRCP leaders have released a list where he contacted or was by TV reporters. The high light was made by Chandrabala. She, was alleged with a conspiracy created along with ABN Andhra Jyothy M.D. R.K.


When her call list was released, this three people were in regular touch, they used to call each other and messages were also sent were the popular allegations led by YSRCP leaders. 


After this, Chandra bala clarified in couple of interviews and she approached Police, with in hours CBI J.D. also approached Police with involving many sections. But the twist in tale was the petition which was drafted by a Lawyer Bhushan Bhavanam from Guntur.


He filed a petition in high court about the Call list. He made point of, what is the necessary to get into contact with media people consistently and constantly when you were doing your duty and how come the two papers printed matter which happened in a close room. If they are wrong, why none of CBI team have commented on that. Why are you giving away information to only selected persons or media.


Responding to this points, High court went furious over Laxminarayana and asked answer. He  has to respond by July 9 to this petition. Court also added, "When you are doing duty and which involves high profile persons, how can you leak information. Why have you done hundreds of calls to selected media persons. What is the interest in it."


Well, all eyes on this as how Laxminarayana will respond to the questions put by Court. Well, CBI J.D. who questions most of his time, has now got to answer... Bottom line, Duty misfired....

Super Hot Arguments on Jagan's Bail Plea

Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has approached High Court of Andhra Pradesh for Bail in his DA case. He appealed for Bail last week, the court which accepted the petition has postponed case to today and asked CBI to draft a counter petition.

After drafting counter earlier, the petition came upto hearing today and the senior advocate Mr. Ram Jethmalani started arguments on Jagan bail plea. He lashed out on CBI and its investigation manner.


He said, " Jagan was never questioned in the ten months of prolonged investigation. He was arrested before the day where he was to appear infront of Honorable court. He added, the investigation is a criminal conspiracy motivated by Political pressures. There are no signs of investigating the 26 G.O's released ministers. Though one has been arrested, it was just a make up that CBI is on individual terms. There has been no questioning of other ministers."


He went on to add many things but the strong one came like this, " Jagan is given clean chit in his case by people of A.P. The recent results show this, there was hardly any doubt against him. He is a pure man who is not a corrupted one as alleged by CBI, the people believe that and they voted for him."


Replying to this hard statement put up by Mr. Ram, CBI lawyer, said, "It is not true that Jagan is pure and uncorrupted. Innocent people voted in his favuor, that doesn't mean he has not done anything wrong and that doesn't mean he could be left away."


Before completing the statement, High Court Judge, Mr. Govindarajulu said, "It is highly objectionable, your comments on people's voting and their intelligence is highly unaccepted. They are wisdom, they know what's right and what's not. You are not allowed to comment on people like this. Please rectify."


As soon as Judge stopped, many lawyers in the hall shouted, even they are voters and CBI's advocate Solicitor General stepped back.


It is highly commendable that Ram Jethmalani is a man of memory and intelligence, he irked CBI saying about recent results, who knows if CBI J.D's call list may also add up tomorrow and may transfer him as he is being one sided as said by YSRCP leaders. 


However the arguments will continue tomorrow also, and decision may be postponed to Friday. So, will Jagan get a bail and feel the fresh and rejunavting air of his victory. Once he granted a bail, he will play his magic in politics. He will really give a threat to Presidential elections, he can use his contacts wisely, if he really feels to use.


Well this all makes up the after analysis. As of now, arguments are on their way. Is it Bail or Jail for Jagan, will be decided in couple of days, if not late...

Media war goes to new level

It is a well known fact, there are two medias in state as of now. One ir Pro - Jagan and other is anti. 

And we regularily see the news mashing of these medias. Eenadu comes up one story in their paper, it is counter attacked by Sakshi in their paper. They target ABN Andhra Jyothy through channel as Andhra Jyothi paper circulation is small.

This came into existende from death of YSR Reddy. Affter the demise of YSR, Eenadu started posting anti stories against Jagan and his wealth. Then Sakshi also targeted them.

Now, after the probe by CBI in his assets case, this war has gone to new level. Now, YSRCP took out the call list of CBI J.D Laxminarayana's list, has geared up the war.

As YSRCP said, CBI J.D has been giving information to only yellow media, he is acting on their terms and there is a lot of conspiracy in this. Their target is to nail Jagan. And they are using all false methods. Narco test is a bogus and the yellow media is reportedly saying that its legal. 

With YSRCp arguing on this, they came up with number of calls and messages done by CBI J.D. and reporters of various channel. In this list, ABN andhra jyothy, E Tv, N TV and TV 9 reporters name have been kept out. And also mysterious lady, Vasireddy Chandra bala.

Yesterday, Andhra Jyothy came up with a show, making Chandra Bala talking about her education life and relationship with Laxminarayana. She said, She is a member of Lead India organisation and Laxminarayana is a college friend of mine. We have been planning for get together and for that we have been in touch through calls. What is wrong with that and she also said she will be complaining to HRC.

But, YSRCP leaders counter attacked by saying, when you would like to ask for get together. Then what is the reason to have calls of 400 in last two months and that to in unconvenient times. YSRCP coming fresh from elections, they are charged up and are not leaving any reason to attack. Their attack is fierce.


On the flip side, Sakshi has already aired about Laxminarayana in their own way, which brought good response from people. On the other hand, Andhra Jyothy's direct interaction with Chandra Bala evoked partial response. Sakshi has been leading in airing of programmes. Selective only.


So, what ever be the reason behind their calls. one thing is sure, as of now  Laxminarayana has got an image of Brutus in poeple's heart especially village people. And, Jagan is their hero. Considering all this as story. The war between Pro and Anti Jagan troops has touched new heights. Lets see what happens in future.

Jagan's Judicial remand extended

The most expected result has yet again repeated in Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy's  DA case. He was made to appear in front of CBI court today morning at 10:30 A.M. in hyderabad.


He was moved in a Jail Van to court for which he expressed rage. He was frustrated as the Z Category person or VIP being moved in a normal van with out any safety.


He threw out anger and frustration on cops and CBI officials in court infront of Judge. Judge asked Jagan to write and give it to court and it was taken as Memo and there by ordered Police and CBI to arrange a bullet proof vehicle and a better safety. 


In his memo, Jagan stated, he is disheartened with the behaviour of Police as he was made to move to court in a normal van. I am an accused and nothing has been proved against me. I am an MP and  also a political party president, a Z Category security-ed person.


Replying to the memo, Judge has ordered police to give reply in couple of days on Jagan's petition or memo. He said to Judge, I would rather stage dharna or go to hunger strike in Jail Premises only if my plea is not answered properly. 


Jagan was later sent to Judicial remand for 14 days again upto 25 June. He has been moed to Chanchalguda Jail in a bullet proof vehicle and also was arranged or escorted a Z Category security. Analysts feel Jagan is that kind of person, where he can win even in a lose situation.


Meanwhile, CBI asked court to give orders for Narco Analysis to Jagan in his DA case. Which is been postponed to June 14. Jagan's Lawyers said, Jagan is not a criminal to use Narco analysis and CBI wants answers according to them which are unlawful. Moreover, Jagan asked CBI to show tapes of his interrogation. Jagan's lawyers added, Narco test is unlawful and moreover it comes under anti human rights. 


They added Vijay Sai Reddy was also asked for the test and was later denied. On counter, CBI did add good arguments, by saying Jagan didn't open his mouth and they want clear information from 
him.


It is on 14 whether CBI Court gives order for Narco test or not and if given it would be appealed in all courts getting a break for sure. 

Jagan's CBI custody ends

Y S  Jagan Mohan Reddy's two days CBI custody has ended today. He was earlier sent to Judicial custody by CBI court on 29 May. 


His Judicial custody will come to an end today and he will be appearing in court tomorrow as he is issued prisoner transit warrant by CBI court earlier in his second charge sheet. He along with Vijay Sai Reddy and Janani Infra executives will appear tomorrow.


He will be appearing at 10:30 A.M. tomorrow and perhaps his case would be first and he will appeal for bail which is no doubt. But the question is will he given bail or given to CBI custody. In his first sheet he was denied bail and custody for CBI which was shell shock for CBI. you can call the first odd ran on them.


So, coming days are imporatant in A.P politics as tomorrow is Jagan's hearing in his DA case and followed by elections for 18 seats and followed by results.. A busy week for analysts too. 

No violence after Jagan arrest. YSRCP losing steam?

After YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's arrest, there was no big movement in bandh. YSRCP leaders declare bandh as it is a mandatory. But where is the bandh seen?


Apart from YSR Kadapa, Anantapur no where bandh was effective. Though every district had got hit in financial manner. Infact RTC buses have been suspended and also there was rackus created by last cadre.


As many as 6 districts reported close to normal life. Though many are in telengana region. Where YSRCP doesn't have that great cadre when compared to any other region in A.P. But, why they didn't have any struggles, lathi charges or anything?


Reasons:


First of all Jagan's party has no steam loss. Its simply because, violence created will give an opportunity to opposition to win elections and his arrest will be nothing but stupidity. If there is steam loss, there will be no record gathering for his tours. Jagan attracted as much as twice gathering then TDP or Congress leaders. 


Jagan's arrest is not a sudden or new sensation. It was well expected by every one in state. There was surprise when Jagan wasn't arrested on day one and two. He was arrested. But bringing Vijayamma to mass was a safe bet. Initial reports said, only 14 or 16 would be in YSRCP basket but now all 18 can be in YSRCP basket. Which would bring their bench strength to 20. And it may well reach 30 in no time.


Secondly, Jagan repeated that no violence. He in fact wants this elections happen and sweep, irrespective of his position. His strategy is unclear there. It is unclear that how long this sentiment work out. People get fed up until 2014 with repeating dialogues.


But that is the point. Jagan kept on saying YSR is leader and is GOD and it worked out and still working. Remember he died in 2009 and elections were in 2011. Two years and his majority doubled. Kovvur elections the same scene repeated. Three years was that. Now with just 2 years left and insecurity in State and Center with prices and political happenings. It is believed that elections may arrive in 2013 also. 


Many survey's predicted hung or coalition government will form. People are not ready for Congress led UPA or BJP led NDA. Where UPA is with corruption and scams. BJP is with corruption and religion-ism. So, there role would be cut out when local parties have upper hand. They can be single largest party but cannot have anything in hand with out this local support.




In that case, YSRCP comes as King Maker. It has 42 seats and if they win atleast 30. Its a watch. CBI case and everything will come to an end. 


Third, Vijayamma may not be good speaker. But when she speaks, she speaks out everything from heart and hit many hearts. You can see many women coming to meetings now. After all, ladies will know a lady's problem. Sentiment is forever with them. Men's voting has come down in recent days, but women voting share is on raise forever. Jagan is banking on that and surely a mind blogging strategy which many experts will never care.


Jagan arrest can create havoc after 12 June. Once elections are over. YSRCP cadre has nothing to lose and people are on track with their works. Then the charge-sheet issue comes and they can make a hell out of havoc there. They can burn and can kick. So, its not over yet.

Jagan's quash petition comes to hearing tomorrow

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's quash petition for bail in High court comes for hearing tomorrow at 2:15 P.M.


Today evening High Court asked respective lawyers of Jagan and CBI to study the sections of 309 and 167. Where 309 says Jagan's arrest is illegal and 167 says we have provision to arrest. It is believed that CrPC 309 has edge.


Even High Court expressed interest over this issue and said, "What is wrong with Jagan going for temporary bail for campaigning by-polls?"


High Court added that tomorrow at 2:15 P.M. we will be giving sentence on Bail Petition. Meanwhile, Jagan's second charge sheet has been considered as separate case and all 3 accused, Y S Jagan, Vijay Sai Reddy and Jagati Publications have to appear before court on July 11 at Nampally CBI court.


There is chance that Jagan would get temporary bail for 10 days in his Judicial remand for by-polls campaigning. Tomorrow will be Decider day for Jagan.


Meanwhile, Y S Vijayamma met Jagan today in Chanchalguda Jail and is all set to campaign from Narsanapet constituency tomorrow morning. She will campaign tomorrow and day after tomorrow partly in Narsanapet.


Jagan received PT warrant in the second charge sheet from CBI court today evening. 

Jagan sent to Judicial Remand

YSRCP chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has been sentenced for 14 day Judicial Remand in his DA case. 


YS Jagan is not given to CBI custody... His bail plea has also been rejected. CBI custody plea is rejected. Jagan will be moved to Chanchalguda Jail. 


He will be considered as special prisoner and a special barrack would be given to him. Its believed that Jagan would be assigned with 6090 number primarily and after assigning he will be given a special prisoner status.


Jagan requested for speaking to Judge and he has been granted and he expressed his deep grief over CBI's behavior. He said, " I have cooperated with CBI. I don't understand why they have arrested  me. I don't have any connections with this case. CBI is looking this case is fraudulent."


CBI will draft Custody petition tomorrow again in the court. And Jagan would draft Bail petition. It is not clear whether they will move to High Court or CBI Court. 


As of now, it has been tough day for CBI and Jagan as both have expected to turn into their favour. But both have been shut down.


Jagan's mother Y S Vijayamma broke down after hearing to Court sentence. It is believed that Vijayamma would take on or kick on campaigning from Wednesday. It is unclear from where she would start and it is assured that she would campaign even in Parkal constituency of Telengana region.


There is a little stiff and miff created at Chanchalguda Jail. Jail officials say that it is hard to maintain VIP like Jagan here and requested them to move to Cherllapali. But, Jails DG checked out and ruled out the officials words and had ensured every step to make Chanchalguda Jail a safe place. 


Currently, 9 VIP and 20 Foreign members are part of Chanchalguda Jail. Jagan is to assign a special prisoner status and also a special barrack is assigned.

Jagan's case : Sentence awaited

In Jagan's DA case CBI today took Jagan in front of Court. After attending in Nampally CBI Court, Jagan's case came to Justice Pullayah bench.


Justice Pullayah was arrogant due to high presence of people. Lawyers, who were not concerned with cases were moved out.


After fierce statements made by CBI and Jagan's lawyers. The judge Pullaiah postponed the sentence to 3 P.M. 


CBI accused Jagan would tamper with all evidences if he is out and there is lot to know from him still. He hasn't answered all and he didn't cooperate with us.


Counter attacking this statements, Jagan's lawyer said, Jagan was questioned for almost 8 hours everyday and there were no problems on day 1 and 2 said by CBI. But now they have changed there strategy.


They went on to say, this case is a POLITICAL STUNT and also the petitioner was a political leader and he was given cabinet post after the PIL. Jagan never taunted with any evidences or witnesses.




Added, not even one witness complained that Jagan  has provoked us. So, where is the chance of tampering with witnesses. Its all fradualent that CBI taking this stand.


Jagan added that, " I am from a political family. I never backed down myself from any investigations. I am ready to appear in front of CBI for 20 hours a day."


He continued, " I have given answers to all questions posed by CBI and not even one question I omitted. This is a Political Vendetta."


Earlier Judge has given bail to 11 members who were accused in Charge Sheet 1 on self attestment.  Jagan and Vijay Sai Reddy were not given bail. Meanwhile, Jagan lawyers have drafted bail plea. Nimagadda Prasad and Brahmananda Reddy were extended to judicial custody upto May 30. 


So, the sentence will be given at 3 P.M. after lunch break and other proceedings. Will update all the happenings in court....

Jagan appears in front of Court

YSRCP chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has been arrested yesterday at 7:20 P.M. by CBI after tge third day of questioning in his DA case.


Jagan today at 10 A.M. started from Dilkusha Guest House in CBI vehicles and reached Nampally CBI Court at 10:10 A.M. 


Jagan's bail plea also comes to hearing now. And if rejected, a separate Bail plea would be filed and also CBI have prepared for a 10 to 14 day custody which is unlikely to happen as he might be given a custody of 7 to 10 days.


State wide bandh has been imposed by YSRCP leaders and no dangerous incidents have taken place  and in upto 6 districts bandh has been minimal and all other districts have been witnessing peaceful bandh.


Along with Jagan, Nimagadda Prasad and Brahmananda Reddy also have been made appeared in front of CBI court as they have completed CBI custody of 10 days. 


Before appearing in front of Court. Y S Bharathi, Sharmila and Vijay Sai Reddy have met Jagan in Dilkusha guest house. And Y S Vivekananda Reddy and his daughter also have met Jagan.


Lawyers like Ram Jethmalani, Malhotra, Ashok and some others have come from Delhi to hear Jagan's case in his favour. Some of the renowned lawyers made their entry into court now. 


CBI also has got some important lawyers from Delhi to move case in their favour. CBI JD has met them yesterday and discussed almost all for 2 hours on this case.


CBI S.P Venkatesh has accompanied Jagan to court and JD of CBI has made entry to Court complex now. It is believed that Jagan's case would be the priority case now, and his case will be first in proceedings today.


Will update all the proceedings of Court..... The big question is will Jagan be granted bail or Jagan be given to custody of CBI?

JAGAN ARRESTED

YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been arrested today in connection to his assets case. He has been arrested at 7:20 P.M. by CBI officials.


Though CBI has yet to make an official statement, YSRCP spokesperson Juppudi Prabhaakar Rao has made a statement at 7:25 P.M in front of Dilkusha guest House.


It is believed that Jagan was arrested at 6:30 P.M only and then CBI JD has come out of guest house. But the official arrest was made at 7:20 P.M.


Jagan has been arrested under 13(B), 420, 477(A) and other sections. In Jagan's DA case this arrest of Jagan is the fifth arrest out of 13 prime accused. Formerly VijaySai Reddy has been arrested and later released on bail.


Recently Nimagadda Prasad and Brahmananda Reddy has been arrested and on wednesday Minister Mopidevi Venkat Ramana has been arrested.


Few minutes earlier Jagan's family members have reached Dilkusha Guest House and they were allowed to talk with Jagan. Meanwhile, Sabbam Hari said to media, " YSR loyalists and YSRCP party men please maintain silence. Our aim is to win elections and do not create any havoc now. Please be patient are the words told by Jagan to me."


It is unclear that Jagan would be taken to judge tonight or will be made sit in Dilkusha Guest House itself. But, tomorrow Jagan has to be appear infront of CBI court and also his bail petition comes to hearing tomorrow.


AS we reported Jagan might get arrested today or tomorrow, it has been today for arrest. Tomorrow's happenings will be interesting as Jagan would be taken to court and what sentence will Judge give and moreover Jagan's mother Vijayamma would now carry on  parties works and campaigning for 18 assembly and 1 parliamentary elections.

Jagan Arrested????

YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy today appeared before CBI for questioning in his DA case. He reached Dilkusha Guest House around 1030 hrs and he has been being questioned still. 


Its almost 7 pm in the evening and total of 7 and half hours of questioning and still he hasn't been left. He was left at 6:30 P.M. on day 1 and 6:10 P.M. on day 2.


CBI Joint Director Lakshimanarayana has left guest house around 6:30 P.M. and is believed to met Law experts in Taj Krishna Hotel on Vijaysai reddy's petition.


There has been a lot of speculations that Jagan has been arrested at 4:30 p.M. in the evening and no official confirmation is made as Police want to take several precaution measures in keeping view of riots which are going to take place.


But now the news came to stand still as Mopidevi Venkatramana after discharging from hospital as he was suffering with high B.P. in the morning is being quizzed along with Jagan by S.P. Venkatesh.


In admist all of this nerve thriller happening, Police officials have suspended buses from all districts to Hyderabad in view of safety measures. Many districts cancelled buses and moved all RTC buses to depots.


Some of YSRCP leaders have been arrested and others have been house arrested and police have made every leader and party worker to go home from respective party offices. Many of important and proactive leaders have been arrested.


It is believed that Jagan will be questioned till late night and will appear infront of CBI court in Nampally from Guest House.

Jagan goes for third round

YSRCP chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy has gone to appear in front of CBI in his disproportionate assets case for third day questioning at Dilkusha Guest House in Hyderabad.


He was questioned yesterday for almost 7:30 Hrs and was also questioned for 8 hours on day 1. So, there is every chance to question him for whole day today also or he might get arrested today. Though getting arrest is just making news in Jagan's anti media channels. Where as rest media haven't got any info on his arrest.


He was questioned along with Mopidevi Venkat ramana an ex minister who was arrested quiet recently in Jagan's DA case. Though the questions were based on Vanpic deals and Sandur power project. 


It is believed that Jagan would be facing more questions in Sandur projects alone. It is also rumoured that CBI has completed questioning Jagan on Sakshi investments and they have got a picture.

Meanwhile, it has been dead wave shocker for other parties as Jagan has come out with full out smile after questioning for both days and was high on spirits. And other shock is that MLA's from Congress and TDP coming and joining in YSR Camp.


If it was ex-MLA's or Ministers there were no issues but the joining people are present MLA's. So, this has sent tremors into Congress and TDP. Recently,. today morning, Mantralayam MLA TDP candidate Bala Nagi Reddy has met Jagan in his home Lotus Pond before going to Dilkusha Guest House. So, its wicket 2 for TDP officially and 5 on whole with 5 being suspicious. 


Jagan would be attending to court tomorrow as Court has issued summons for all people in Jagan's case to appear before court on 28-06. And this 48 hours would be very crucial for Jagan as there may be arrest at any moment. If Jagan isn't arrested today, there is 100% scope of getting arrested tomorrow or may not get arrested 100%.

Jagan's second day Questioning starts

YS JAGAN MOHAN REDDY's questioning in his disproportionate assets case has started little while ago. He has arrived at CBI guest house around 10:30 A.M. It is learnt that he would be questioned along with recently arrested Minister Mopidevi Venkatramana today on vanpic deals.


Before attending to CBI questioning, he has given a small interview at his residence to national channel NDTV. He said, "people are very clear about the controversies perked against him and how TDP and Congress have plotted strategies to arrest me."


When a question raised, " Are you afraid of your followers raging in case of your arrest." Jagan replied," I was afraid of that, but for last few days I have said to my people not to raise any problems and don't create any panic. People have understood that elections are important and they know how to show the anger against Congress or TDP."


It is believed that Jagan might be questioned all day long today too. However, arrest might not be the case now. It is believed that Jagan would not be arrested as CBI court has said when the bail plea was rejected. 


So, as of now, police have been strict in arranging the safety measures. And before moving to Dilkusha Guest House, Jagan met Vivekananda Reddy and YV Subba Reddy. It is also believed that many Congress MLA's are eyeing Jagan and his campaign now. If YSRCP pulls out major or all seats in by-polls, then there will be definitely huge change in political platforms.

Jagan's Question Hour completed

YSRCP chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan reddy has been left off for day 1 questioning by CBI authorities a little while ago.


YS Jagan was questioned for almost 7 to 8 hours and was asked to appear tomorrow again at 10:30 A.M. at Dilkusha Guest House for further round of questioning.


Jagan came out in positive mood from guest house, while speaking to media after completion of questioning in front of Guest House. He gave a summary of what happened through out the day in the room. He said that, "everyting was made clear, the clarification was given to the questions posted and clarification is to be given in some, for that they have asked me to come tomorrow again at 10:30 in the morning."


He also said that,"questioning was done in very peaceful manner, there were no hiccups." Jagan then said bye to media personnel and moved to his home. He was reached in very short time to his home and his followers went into his house crossing the gate and were later moved out by police personnel.


Not only his fans and supporters, media persons were also inside his premises and were reporting live status. Jagan reached his home in admist  of fanfare and slogans of Jai Jagan. 


It is also learnt that, Jagan will be now meeting with his important members in his residence. Important leaders like Vivekananda Reddy, Vasireddy Padma, Bhajireddy Govardhan, Y V Subba reddy and others will be meeting.


Tomorrow at 10:30 A.M. Jagan will reappear infront of CBI authorities and is also learnt that Jagan was questioned along with Nimagadda Prasad today in the last hour of questioning. Where Prasad said, "I didn't expect any favour from government but I invested as I thought would get good profits."


Jagan said, " I haven't asked or threatened anyone to invest in my companies and also I didn't call any person or met any person in personal for favours. Investments have come through plain manners and there is no need to cry foul."


It is believed that more questions about his media empire would be asked tomorrow by CBI. And it is not sure about the news. All speculations. However, drama of being arrested on 25 is dead now and there is every chance to get arrested upto 28 or 29. 


Jagan has to show before court on 28 along with all named in Charge Sheet by CBI. And, traffic problems are to continue tomorrow for Hyderabadi's. Will update you tomorrow also about the happenings in this case. Thanks God tomorrow is a holiday.

Jagan questioning still

YSRCP chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy today at 10:30 A.M appeared before CBI team in his illegal assets case. He was accompanied by huge number of followers. 


He was accompanied by M.P. Sabam Hari, Eluru M.L.A Allagada Nani and Bhumana Karunakar Reddy. However, Jagan is being questioned by E.D along with CBI. 


Latest news, says that Jagan is questioned by CBI JD Laxminarayana. It is also learnt that Jagan is being questioned in separate room and Mopidevi, Nimagadda Prasad and also Brahmananda Reddy are being questioned independently in separate rooms. 


When Jagan was asked to have lunch, he smoothly rejected and said, I will have my lunch from home, if you don't have any problem, you can also have lunch with me from my home. However, these have been speculations in media. 


It is yet to known, how many hours still Jagan will be questioned. Rumours surround that, Jagan might not be arrested today, but would be called for further rounds of investigation in coming days. 


Earlier, Mysoora Reddy has joined into YSRCP and also speculations form that there will be many in number moving their bases. It is yet to known whether Congress would take any action against accompanying Jagan by Allagada Nani.

I would be arrested in 3 or 4 days..... The lines were spoken by Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy, the supremo of YSRCP. He said these words infront of record gathering, but not with his close-aids.


Today while canvassing for 18 by-polls to be held earlier next month. He was touring in Macherla. When his campaign reached Jamala Madaka a place in Guntur district, he expressed the foul-ism created by Congress, TDP and CBI.


He said that, "Congress high command, TDP, DGP, CBI have come together and they have meet recently and drew a rough plot against me. They have prepared every step to send me to Jail."


He went on to say, " After arresting me, Congress and TDP will be causing violences under my name and my party colour and throw all that against me and postpone the elections."


For all these stunning comments, people were amazed, as Jagan himself confronted he will be arrested.


He expressed dismay and ended up saying, "Congress and TDP would not even get deposits. God is watching from heavens and one or other day all would be held for mistakes they are doing now."


So, Jagan is pretty sure that he would be arrested by this month end. If he wouldn't get arrested, than they are bonus for him. A lot of political changes are to be witnessed by A.P. 


Jagan would had made very clear and neat ground work done for making Y.S. Vijayamma as the party's oxygen and life line. But they have to work hard now.
