Rahul Gandhi to look into A.P Politics

Rahul Gandhi is believed to concentrate in Andhra Politics after his disaster show in Uttar Pradesh. It is believed that, Rahul wants to get a strong image right from South, such that he can withstand in future race of  Prime Minister. It is also said that, Sonia Gandhi wants Rahul to eye Andhra Pradesh and save Congress from wipe out from state as it has been facing severe problems right from the untimely death of Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhar Reddy, he was responsible for UPA's win at center as he sent 33 MP's from AP and also led the elections (assembly) single handedly. 

Now, the total image of Congress is being eclipsed by Group politics in Congress and many local scams. Moreover Y S Jagan Reddy son of demise YSR Reddy, is moving swiftly in politics and people. He has achieved huge fan fare in People with his yatra's and style. It is believed that, High Command has purposefully sent him out of Congress, which is now threatening. TRS, the other problem for congress. It has been a while now, demanding for Telengana and TRS can go again setting their guns right for blazing for Telengana once again after their students complete their exams.

In admist of these troubles, local leaders do not want Rahul to enter into AP Politics, as no High Command leader has enough knowledge of AP Politics and on going position of Andhra state. The fact is that, Rahul doesn't take much care before going over others and these type of mislead information blazes guns from People and parties. As of now, Jagan who is racing away with awesome spirits, can make this entry into a turmoil for Congress and their future leader.

So, its all upto Rahul and Sonia to decide about the time and proposal to bring into AP politics... We can say only a word...Beta, South Politics are different from North... Be Careful

Fresh Survey on By-polls

The By-polls in A.P is now concerned situation for Congress. As they might lose these 7 seats. Infact the topic going in Congress Circles is how far are we going to fare in this elections ? Well there is something to rejoice for Congress according to latest survey reports.


Going into details, the 6 seats in telengana region are showing off great interest as Kovvur Assembly seat would win by YSRCP. Until and unless any magic happens they lose. Its even laughable to ask such type of questions.


The recent survey suggests that TRS is going to win major seats but the problem is that the percentage share may not increase when compared to others. The survey suggests that there is a chance for Congress and TDP to improve their vote share from their previous outings. If you consider previous elections held in 2010, both Congress and TDP showed pathetic performance.


The performance of both the parties is repeatedly held positive this time as there is a slight chance to improve their performance. But the big threat for them is in the form of BJP, where BJP is gaining higher vote share than ever imagined. Even though, they might not win, but they are giving a strong fight for Mahboobnagar seat.


Seeing the way BJP is heading in Telengana, they are sure that they have no chance of gaining any momentum in Coastal and Rayalseema region as Jagan's YSRCP can sweep majority seats anytime from now. So, to their much delight, the recent Kishan Reddy yatra has brought a lot of favour and positive to them in TG region. In that way, they have been a tough contestants to BJP as far as MahboobNagar is concerned.


Both TDP and Congress have no choice of rejoice as they have to deal with their performance in Kovvur segment. This particularly being the seat of TDP, now is quite comfortably jumping into YSRCP's count. If both congress and tdp put a poor show then it is unevitable for them to throttle with Jagan.


Remember, TDP and Congress have to consider one major fact that they are going into elections without YSRCP in telengana region. If Jagan tours here with his trademark style, he may improve his share and may go on to win some of the seats in TG region, which will minimize the run of Congress, TDP and BJP. However there may be a little effect on TRS party. If they continue their heat until 2014 election.


However the survey report may change for last minute as KCR is yet to canvas in some segments, which might turn people's emotions and minds towards TRS again. In that case, the vote shares will be reset-ed to same position from where it is left. It is sure that TRS and YSRCP will sit certainly after this elections.

Prince of SP is now CM of UP, will this boost Jagan?

The suspense drama has ended in UP. After riveting majority they have got in recent assembly elections. It was to decide who will be the Chief Minister of state. Maximum number of SP MLA's have voted Akhilesh as CM. But Akhilesh wanted Mulayam to rule.


Getting into details. In many press conferences post and pre of election results Akhilesh said only one name as CM for UP "NETAJI" (Mulayam Singh Yadav). He calls his dad as Netaji, but many followers and MLA's believed Akhilesh to hold on as CM. He never said any word about him being CM. He just said, I want Netaji as CM, I am not interested in being CM. As a party worker, I had campaigned. It is due to Netaji support, I have struck a chord with people of UP.


Many analysts feel, Mulayam has done a very good job by appointing Akhilesh as CM. As in the recent polls, both Congress and BJP have failed to create the magic as nation wide party. It is everywhere the local parties who made it clear in winning. Neither in 2 big states congress or bjp have won or made up government. Both Punjab and UP won by local parties, when compared Congress performed pretty okay in Punjab. 


Mulayam is now all set to concentrate on Nation wide politics as he is crucial part of Third Front. With hime being in charge now after a mind boggling victory, he will ensure of getting into active politics Nation wide. He does have cordial relationships with many leaders like Navin Patnaik, Jayalalitha, Chandra Babu Naidu.


The interesting point is that Akhilesh has cordial relations with Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, who is anti to Chandra Babu. Akhilesh himself said to press about his friendship with Jagan. He quoted, " I do have less number of friends in Parliament and one of my close is Jagan. We sit together in Parliament and share our thoughts on the problems and also make it mandatory to know integrity of our regions." With such a statement, which is creating havoc in Chandra Babu. 


On the other side it is said, Jagan congratulated Akhilesh on his success in UP elections over phone as former was busy in by-polls campaign. It is also rumoured that, Akhilesh has invited Jagan to UP, where the later promised he will in a very positive time.


Akhilesh will now sworn in as CM on March 15th, most likely. It would be interesting to see how he makes his people understand and plan out his schemes, where his ideoligies in campaigning were simply attractive. This indirectly plays on many analysts brain that, the next gen is going ahead than pro's.


It would be interesting, who would team up with SP in center from AP, if everything goes well. As of now, Akhilesh and Mulayam are playing safe with their friends being in touch. Its all set for 2014 and will reveal only in 2014. If congress doesn't win in 2014 then it is really upto third front to decide INDIA's future.

Analysis of By-Polls in Andhra Pradesh

With Election Commission releasing notification for 7 vacant Assembly seats. The time has come to prove the stiffness and dug of the parties who are really threatening each other in media.


Out of 7 seats, 6 are from Telengana region and 1 from Coastal Andhra region. With YSR CP clearing that they are not interested in contesting from any of telengana seat as they feel that all the leaders resigned for sake of Telengana and they don't have any intentions of taking over T- factor. With statement made clear, they have only one  seat from Andhra to contest and which was resigned by Prassana Kumar Reddy.N for including Late CM YSR Reddy in CBI report. He was MLA on TDP ticket from Kovvur constituency but was loyalist to YSR Jagan Reddy right from winning election in 2009.


The rest 6 seats are from Telengana region. They are:


Mahaboob Nagar


Kollapur


Nagar Kurnool


Adilabad


Station Ghanpur


Kama Reddy


Mahaboob Nagar seat vacant as MLA N Rajeswar Reddy was driven by untimely death. Congress named Mutyala Prakash instead of widow Vijayalakshmi, meanwhile TRS has also named its person, making Vijayalakshmi as independent to contest.


With unknown of her candidature one can expect TRS victory here, if they campaign at high levels or wise it would be a tussle between Congress and TRS. If at all Vijayalakshmi is set to contest as Independent and could intensify her campaigning then it would be a cake walk for her victory as there will be major twist towards her on Sympathy factor.


Kollapur seat became vacant as Juppali Krishna Rao resigned to Congress and MLA seat and joined in TRS. Now, P Vishnuvardhan Reddy has been handed responsibility to win back Congress seat. Minister D K Aruna and Juppalli were having hits in congress and now Juppalli joining in TRS, She made her impact felt on High Command by appointing her loyalist to contest against Krishna Rao.


It should be very easy to take back seat by Juppalli as he has been struggling for Telengana as separate state and was attracted by many other people of other constituency. So, its not a big tough task for JKR to win and add number to TRS. Its really tough for P Vishnuvardhan Reddy to win.


Nagar Kurnool, seat vacant as Sitting MLA Nagam Janardhan Reddy resigned for telengana cause and also an additional reason of Pathified relation by his then supremo Chandra Babu Naidu towards telengana. 


Nagam Janardhan Reddy will win this seat. That's what report says... Its just matter of his majority, though it would not be a major.


Station Ghanpur is to witness the battle between once i.e., Ex- MLA Kadiyam Sri Hari. T Rajaiah from congress resigned here. It would be really interesting fight here. TDP is just trying to get back in Telengana with this seat, while TRS is confident of sweeping this seat also.


Other seats are also of the same case, where fight between TRS and Congress would be seen, but majority would be won by TRS. Infact there might be all win for TRS.


Meanwhile,Kovvur seat would be won by YSR CP candidate N. Prassana Kumar Reddy over TDP's SomiSekhar Reddy. Congress candidates were reluctant to contest from here. Both YSR CP and TDP have started campaigning here. And YSRCP supreme Jagan would be campaigning here in 2 rounds. The first being on March 2nd. It is said that, Prasanna has good base in here.


Somisekhar and Prasanna Kumar are relatives. This being twist. No permanent friends and relatives in politics apply here.


That is the analysis of by polls in Andhra Pradesh. Lets wait for results. March 18 is action day and March 21 is decision day.

What's next for AP Leaders?

Well the times have been going tough for leaders in AP. Not one or two, but all leaders of all parties. If you look very closely there are four primes in Andhra politics. Namely, ruling and all india party Congress, Main opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP), the T leader Telengana Rastra Samithi (TRS), well last but not the least and the hot and fire brand of AP Yuvajana Sramikha Raithu Congress Party aka YSR Congress Party (YSRCP).


Well everyone know how these parties have come into existence. Congress is 125 year old and no one requires any special intro about this party. Congress party which came into power with the help of then leader Late Y S Rajasekhar Reddy, where he did his Padha Yathra all over state and won laurels for himself and party too. In 2004, with the help of TRS, Communist parties. Congress swept elections and what not YSR sworn in as CM of AP. One has to clearly say that State was progressing with huge speed at his times. His smile and programs have also won him best CM and also a Unique leader and won 2009 elections without any help from any his past allies and also gave 33 MP's to center from state, which established present days Congress government in center. On September 2, he died in a copter crash.


TDP aka Telugu Desam Party, formed in late 80's by the golden actor of Telugu Film Industry Late Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao. He was an evergreen actor not only in Local Telugu Industry but nation wide. The present day super star Amitabh and also Rajnikanth, have said many times about him. He was simply superb in acting. Due to his fan follow, he established TDP, which say its Telugu people's party. As Telugu is the language of Andhra Pradesh. After winning elections and swearing in as CM, he couldn't rule long due to tough and stringent measures he has taken and lost elections, but later again won elections but due to some problems he died. Later TDP was headed by Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu commonly known as Chandra Babu.


The T protagonist, TRS Telengana Rastra Samithi was formed in 2001 by Mr. Kalavakuntla Chandra Sekhar Reddy aka KCR. He left TDP in 2001 and decided to start his own party where he felt Telengana has to be separated from Andhra. Initial he was alone, until 2009 last he was powerless but after his Hunger Strike, he was famous, influential and also strong. With his hunger strike, government has made mistakes in Telengana problem.


YSR Congress Party YSRCP. After death of YS Rajasekhar Reddy, the CM with heart, his son and Kadapa MP then and also know Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has started a party named YSR CP. He felt his family was being torn into and as a result he wanted to come out of Congress. As soon as PRP was merged into Congress. Jagan quit congress, as he felt that he was being seen as victim rather than a pro. After his exit, a major turn in politics was seen. He was influencing people pretty well and with his style of speech and his manerisms he has become Man of Masses and where ever he goes, even in private functions heavy crowd follows him and in recent elections for his constituency as he and his mother Shri Vijayamma resigned Congress party won with bumper majority.


YS VIJAYAMMA won from Pulivendula constituency which is congress safe house right from YSR days was no more to congress as YS Vijayamma won with a state record of 82000 votes. In year 2009, YSR won with 63000 votes which was a record then and continued upto by elections 2010. Where TRS leader Harish Rao won with 91000 votes majority which is still a record. 

She won on his family friend infact brother of her husband YS Vivekananda reddy who contested on Congress ticket. Meanwhile, Jagan won on his and his father arch rival Congress candidate D L Ravindra Reddy, he was a Minister in state cabinet when he was contesting, but even couldn't win deposit. Jagan won with 535000 votes, which is a record when there is tough competition. Although 595000 is record in country that was in no major opposition against candidate.


With Jagan and Chandra Babu facing heat from CBI under Illegal assets, they are busy in their respective programs Odarpu yatra and poru batta. Meanwhile, TRS is irked in Polavaram tenders. If you think Congress is the only one in safe seat you are hitting a blinder. Congress is now in short of candidates, as they are not having enough support. CM Kiran Kumar Reddy is using Racha Banda as a weapon to throw his enemies far and get close with people, where he is failing very badly. He is doing well in the case of  Babu, but Jagan is still a problem as people aren't ready to hear any negative word on him. His RAcha Banda program going very strange with definite agitations in any part. He is also in back position.


Jagan busy in Odarpu Yatra and facing CBI enquiry but is well established in state and central politics, he has his own action plan and ready to fight against.


Babu is still facing heat from Jagan and TRS. He is hoping to cool them, but now CBI has also set their lens on his assets and he is about to face Enquiry heat. He is doing Poru Batta all over state but with very little to moderate response.


TRS is now doing Padha Yatra in Telengana. They have come to small break after Indefinite Strike which was done for almost 45 days. Their supreme and main leaders are facing allegations on Polavaram  Dam Tenders.


Congress is carrying with racha banda. Which is going on in admist of lot of troubles and heat from common people.


Lets see what happens to each and every one....

Is A.P moving towards PRESIDENT RULE?

Andhra Pradesh the most happening state in India.. The national media has laid off this issue(Indefinite Strike), but the local media and part of National media are still interested, with the common man finding it very difficult. 


With the SAKALA JANULU SAMME(INDEFINITE STRIKE) finished 25th day, the center isn't showing any urgency yet. In the morning today everyone felt the urge of center, but the scene was same as it is for past two years. 


The Mini core committee presided by Mr. Pranab Mukherjee is doing rounds in media, the talks were simple. Whats your version on the AP Status. The most commonly asked question. The mini core committee first called up Governor of Andhra Pradesh Mr. E L N Narshimanam and enquired about the situation in T and remaining state and problems. This meet was perhaps the most long in matter of duration of time, as they believed Governor is the only person who can give the Ground Zero Reality happenings in state than anyone else. 


Then MCC, later called up Chief Incharge of state Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad and asked his version of status. With already submission of his report he added a few more to that and later the Chief Minister Mr. N. Kiran Kumar Reddy and The Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Damodar RajaNarshima were called up. 


Later, RTC minister and Congress Chief aka PCC president Mr. Botsa Satyanarayana and the former PCC Mr. D Srinivas were called up. Then the cabinet ministers from state doing the duties in center, Mr. Pallam Raju and Mrs. Daggubati Purendeswari Devi were called up. None of the above have revealed what they have exactly said to MCC, but the last two revealed saying that they were in support to Samaykaya Andhra(United Andhra). When asked about response of Mr. Pranab. There were some sad signs shown on the faces of both. Some sources say, Pranab did not respond to well on their statements.


The new bird in the hut Mr.K. Chiranjeevi was called up again for MCC meet tomorrow for his set of words on the issue. The main intention of MCC hasn't come out. But most feel that the process has just begin. The process? The process here refers to Views on T issue.


With Chief Minister questioned about the meeting. He did not reveal anything and continued his words of "center will come up with a solution very quickly. I urge the people of AP to remain quiet and patient enough and have faith in the UPA." With not much surprise set of statements coming from him. Media personnel moved on very quickly. The interesting question was, "Sir, Is center thinking of implementing President Rule in A.P?"


The answer came out very quickly from CM as NO. Everyone were surprised by the sudden and instant answer from CM, who never say quick.. The belter was here, "How do you think President Rule would be inforced. Is situation in AP that bizzare?"


Media person were stunned as the question posted by CM,was quite a fairy tale one. How do we think, what, even a small kid knows President Rule and its importance. Situation, come on. RTC lost 130Cr already and Power cut in capital is 4 hours. Towns is 6 hours. District hq is 8 hrs and god knows when power comes to villages. And is this situation not a bizzare. The state government has failed in every aspect. With T JAC giving its notice to government well ahead, Govt still maintained a mum and now the situation is freaking.


Well, Pranab Mukherjee appeared before media at the end of day saying only quite a few words, " the meetings have to still go on in depth, we have just began. There is a need to talk with all UPA members and few members from state. We can have a clarification on Monday."


With last statement misunderstanding, many believe the decision would be made on Monday. But when we enquired with a senior Journalist, he expressed his views as follows, " Pranab is a very active politician, though he is an Elder and Older one, he knows what to say and what not and how to quirk people and media in tough situations like these. Esp, the last statement he made today does make sense with a lot impact than what everyone think. He might have said those words as there are lot more of talks should take place and the talk number may creep up and the number might get a clarification on monday, but the decision would definitely be made on Monday."


Mean while, there are some arrangements made by government which are making way for doubts on President Rule. Earlier in the day, Mr. K C R, said that the Rail Roko campaign will definitely be held on 12,13,14 of this month. Causing a lot of problems to public, it is feared that, people the common man might revolt against the on going agitation as they are facing deficit of transport, power and soon may face in food, as farmers are with drawing interests in cultivating, due to power problems. So, it is all happening in AP.


Anyway, we will try to bring more information on this issue and also let you know the discrepenary powers held by President or Governor in Prez Rule.

Notifications of APGENCO and APTRANSCO shelved for this year?

The Major player of Power generator and Distributor in Andhra Pradesh and the primes of power in AP. The government organizations APGENCO (ANDHRA PRADESH GENERATION CORPORATION) and APTRANSCO (ANDHRA PRADESH TRANSMISSION CORPORATION) are to recruit 1000 of members under different category giving a very good chance for all eligible Graduates.


Admist trouble of T from 2009, the power bodies have taken every measure to keep safe and also not to attract any troubles. In 2009, the exams were conducted as per scheduled prior to start of T agitation and the recruitment went on very smoothly. Later in 2010, the recruitment was done very smoothly considering 2009 as the report by Justice Sri Krishna was awaited by all over A.P and no one much cared of the routine recruitments going in 2010 by various government bodies. But the year 2011, which has barely 2 months and another 25 odd days to complete hasn't released any notification. Why so? Lets get you answer.


The notification for recruitment of 2010 was released twice by both bodies. The first one coming in earlier part of 2010 and the second one came or released in November- December period. And the recruitment was completed by February by both bodies. The normal procedure for recruiting is as follows:


The bodies should give the required number of Graduates for various posts.


This are to be sent to Administrative department of State to verify the required posts and their importance and relevance. If the number is found correct it is forwarded to Technical Department.


The technical department contains APIIC and other bodies (well they don't have to do anything), they are to be forwarded to Financial Department.


The financial department has to approve by checking the remuneration which is to be given for the post and then sent back to administrative department.


Administrative Department with Electricity board go to Chief Minister's office and get the file signed and then the notification is to be released within a span of two or three months in most favourable conditions.




Earlier in 2011, to be precise in the later half of May, government has cleared all the steps and allowed to recruit for more than 1000 posts. But, the notification was not released. Many of the aspirants thought the notification would be released as early as never in past would be released. Many said in the month of July or August. Both, in the last of August or to the earliest of September, another news item was released saying total 12200 posts would be filled in total for this year in two or three schedules.


This time, the officials also expected October is the month of Notification and December is month of Recruitment and Government also ordered the first schedule of recruitment has to be filled by December. But the present situation in T is not at all suitable for release of notification and might involve power bodies also in issue and make situation bizzare.


So, according to some prime and trust worthy sources, the power companies have shelved the thought of releasing notification as of now and may release in the end of December or earlier in January of next year literally making this year as ZERO RECRUITED YEAR. 


There is every bit of chance to release the notification at any near given time which would only make the situation worse, as the government is not much concerned of any recruitments now, the decision may be postponed. One might arise the doubt of Police examinations and also PSC exams(Public Service). But the notification for both was released way back in 2009 and recruitment has began in year 2010. So, they are continuing the recruitment procedure. But the employees in power bodies are also participating in the Strikes, there is a very very minute chance of releasing notification at this time.


So, one can expect the notification immediately after the end of strike and also can expect the competition this time as the posts to be filled are a record number this time. Lets hope, every thing be good and the notification is released as earliest as possible and see the aspirants move ahead... All the Best for the Aspirants.

Marri Sasidhar Reddy - New CM

Since a while the telengana protest is going on at a full swing. The Center isn't responding well enough on this issue. Earlier in the day, we have reported you the submission of Azad report to his superiors.


Mean while, the report was not good, that's what the internal sources say to us. The sources also said that the report missed some basic issues which might cause a problem if ignored. As it is, Mrs. Sonia Gandhi is in full swing to end this trouble matter as soon as possible.


The present Chief Minister of AP. Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy. Nallari is continuing his offices and to be strictly speaking, he failed in dealing up with the matter of T issue and also the problem of Jagan, which are the two Most Disaster Result oriented problems if not held correctly.


As Mr. Kiran kumar name was a surprise till the morning of the election of New Chief. The on going procedure is also maintaining the same suspense. As per some unreliable sources, we have got information that, soon Mr. Kiran Kumar might be axed of as CM and Marri Sasidhar Reddy the MLA from Sanath Nagar Constituency might be elected as CM, as he is a Telengana person and can handle his people well with ease.

Marri Sasidhar Reddy was a very active politician in YSR's reign in 2004-2009 time period, where he along with Late Sri P. Janardhan Reddy were called as Hyderabad Brothers, as both were from constituencies of Hyderabad. The former representing Sanath Nagar and later representing Khairtabad. After the expiry of P Janardhan Reddy, Sasidhar Reddy was very quite and was alone. Now in the ongoing T agitation too, he maintained a very very low profile. This made Congress High Command cause interest in making Sasidhar Reddy as Chief Minister. Apart from his low profile in agitation, his father Late Shri Dr. Marri Channa Reddy served as Chief Minister to Andhra Pradesh twice and as Governor for four states and also led India National Congress INC.


Mr. Marri Chenna Reddy served as Governor for states of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Punjab


Governor of  Uttar Pradesh  1974 -1977
Governor of  Punjab            1982-1983
Governor of  Rajasthan       1992-1993
Governor of  Tamil Nadu      1993-1996. 


He served as Chief Minister of A.P twice. 1978-1980 and 1989-1990.


He breathed his last as the Governor of Tamil nadu in1996 and he was one of the dynamic leaders ever had by the Congress party and was youngest in state history to have a cabinet at age of 30 and he led congress party to power after the Tsunami created by Late Shri Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao. 


Marri Sasidhar Reddy is the youngest son of Marri Channa Reddy. MS Reddy is MLA for three times from his constituency Sanath Nagar. Some say that he had conflicts with then Chief Minister Late Shri YSR Reddy but however later he disapproved saying that he never had any conflicts with any one.
